HAVI Connect is continuously acquiring knowledge based on user behavior and forecasting, and then translating it into an algorithm to which the interface adapts. The functionalities of the application are tailored to suit different devices. So you can, for example, scan the stock in your cold store using your phone and then send it to the application.
Managers and employees can see at-a-glance expected deliveries and other information on their own dashboard, so they can do their work in the restaurant even more efficiently. In addition, HAVI Connect also predicts the products that a location will need to keep the operation working smoothly. The algorithm knows exactly what you need, and when. Ensuring finely-tuned stock levels without any unnecessary 'waste', whether that’s hamburger buns, staff clothing or cleaning products. So as the franchisee, all you have to do is be there to receive the delivery.
As a user, you are blissfully unaware of the complex connections working away for you in the background. An intuitive User Interface translates all this complexity into an application that really is there to meet your needs. That no two franchisees are the same is something we’ve learnt from dozens of user tests. As a result, there are currently over 500 fast food restaurants worldwide using HAVI Connect, with 10,000 smartly predicted orders being Ok’d every week. And those numbers are growing exponentially week on week.
